Depending upon your location and circumstances, we can work together in person at my consultation room in York or we can arrange a package of sessions over the phone/ Skype.
Consultations tend to be between two and four sessions, depending upon what you want to work on. We’ll agree up front what the best way forward is for you and I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire before our first session so that we can decide what we need to work on and maximise the time we spend working together.

What is hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and mindfulness all about? What do these often misunderstood words actually mean? The range of tools that I use in any one session are drawn from my training and experience in clinical hypnotherapy and coaching, together with my research in neuroscience, cognitive therapy and creativity.
I also use some CBT, some NLP, some EFT and lots of other stuff without the weird initials.
I subscribe to the point of view that says that change doesn’t need to be a painful or drawn-out process and that you can feel better and make changes in your life without always understanding why things happen or going over the past.
