Evidently, there are lots of you out there in Yorkshire and beyond who want to work on your own personal weight loss challenges using hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
Since my last blog post, I have had such a fantastic and fun-fuelled week helping people to change their eating patterns and thoughts about food.
Of course, as I have written before, I don't like to talk about 'weight loss' because I don't think I am helping you to 'lose' something. Instead, I am helping you to gain health, to gain feelings of confidence and well-being in your body, and to gain freedom from the tyranny of diets and endless thinking about food.
Starting from now!
Not tomorrow, or Monday, or when you are three pounds lighter… but simply feeling really fabulous about yourself, starting from right now!
Let's face it, what food in the world could really help you to feel as good as the moment when you try on that fabulous new outfit, look in the mirror and see the best possible you smiling back?
It would have to be a really amazing piece of chocolate that helped you to feel like that, wouldn't it?
Personally, I would like to see the term 'weight loss' abolished from the English language. Let's make that happen!
