Supersize v. Superskinny and hypnotherapy

Wow! My phone hasn't stopped ringing today. I've been getting so many calls from people who watched Channel 4's Supersize v.Superskinny on Tuesday evening and saw journalist, Anna Richardson, changing her eating habits through hypnotherapy.

I didn't see the programme (I was working with a client using hypnosis to help them to achieve the weight and shape they want!) but Anna's success story is no surprise.

Fabulous to see hypnotherapy getting this kind of positive publicity. Often, people are sceptical or anxious about trying hypnosis but this programme – and London-based hypnotherapist Marisa Peer – has obviously changed lots of people's views. Fantastic!

It's so good to see the public getting good, unbiased and accurate information about hypnosis and hypnotherapy and its effectiveness when used correctly to hlep people to achieve health and fitness.

Oh, yes, here is my article on that very programme, right here. [...]
